BLIKVANGER follows a slow fashion approach by offering made-to-order pieces instead of producing stock. Each item is created specifically for you, requiring time, care, and resources beyond standard production.

Because of this, made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product has a manufacturing defect or you have received an incorrect item.
In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@blikvanger.ge.

BLIKVANGER reserves the right to decline a refund if the return request does not meet our eligibility criteria.
Approved refunds are processed based on the original purchase price, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
